Returns, Refund and Exchange Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21-calender days after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange or a return for a refund. If an exchange cannot be completed, you will receive a refund for the item(s).
Please make sure to place items back in their original packaging before sending them back to us. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, free of stains and perfume and in its original packaging. Items returned with deodorant stains or smelling of perfume will be accessed a cleaning fee of 50% of the original purchase price.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

IMPORTANT: Returns are refunded to the original form of payment. Happy Healthy Naked Mom does not issue refunds for the original shipping charges.

​We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return items purchased.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

Items must be sent back within 21-days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, stain free and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.

Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.

Bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, body butters, cosmetics, and accessories are non-returnable.

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not included, your return may experience issues in processing.

All returns are refunded to the original form of purchase.

We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"

An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
-
Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Happy Healthy Naked Mom items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.
Exchanges
Presently, we do not guarantee exchanges for purchases made online as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired.
***The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to immediately make a separate purchase for the new item, return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, we will issue a refund for the returned item minus original shipping charges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact our Customer Care team immediately at support@happyhealthynakedmom.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. INCLUDE YOUR ORDER NUMBER IN THE SUBJECT! Once we receive your request, we will be in contact with you to address and resolve the issue.

Returning By Mail
To return by mail - Use your order packing slip to return by mail with the carrier of your choice. All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not included, your return may experience issues in processing.

Refund
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a refund in the amount of the purchase price minus shipping or process an exchange for your item(s) if available.

Coupons
Coupons used to purchase an order are returned to store when a refund is processed. You will be charged regular price at the time of purchase for items not returned, if the order total is below the used coupon's eligibility. (Example: $10 off $65 coupon is used on an $ 85 order purchase. Items are returned lowering the order's total purchase price below the coupon's eligibility use of $65. The $10 off coupon is returned to store and the items kept will be charged at regular purchase price at time of purchase. If the order's total after returns still meet the coupon's eligibility use of $65, the order retains the $10 off coupon discount.)
Depending on the shipping method and carrier selected, your return package may take several weeks to reach us. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once it is delivered to our Distribution Center. ​

Helpful Hint: Happy Healthy Naked Mom is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Austin, TX. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Happy Healthy Naked Mom will not issue a refund for your returns.
