• We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

• All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days but can take longer on and during holidays.

• Purchased products can be expected 3-7 business days after the processing time frame but can take longer due to carrier circumstances out of our control and during holidays. We are not responsible for carrier delay circumstances once your order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier (in carrier possession).

• Please use your tracking number to track your package and reach out to the carrier concerning your package whereabouts BEFORE contacting us, as proof of carrier contact will be required before we investigate.

• We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
